Connect to Movescount

After you have connected your device to Moveslink, you will be prompted the email address you use in Movescount. Don't worry, we won't be bugging you all the time. Your email is asked only when you connect a new device for the first time. If you don’t have Movescount account yet, please feel free to use the email address you normally use, and Movescount will help you to complete your registration.

Note: you don't need to be signed in to Movescount site to do this.

Sending data to Movescount

Moveslink will automatically send your Moves to Movescount. If you don't have internet connection, Moveslink will store your Moves and send the data to Movescount the next time you're online.

Authorize Moveslink in Movescount

For security reasons you must ALLOW Moveslink software from your Movescount scoreboard so that it’ll be only you who have access to your Moves. Steps:

  1. Make sure Moveslink software is running
  2. Connect your device
  3. Moveslink will prompt email address, fill in email you use in Movescount (if you don’t have Movescount account yet, fill in your address and check your email for more info)
  4. Wait synchronization to finish
  5. Go to Movescount scoreboard and allow Moveslink
  6. That’s it: You are ready to stay in sync

Problems

How to update the settings to Ambit?
If you have made changes in Movescount for your Ambit, settings will be automatically synchronized the next time you connect your watch to your computer. If you have Ambit already connected, you can right click the Moveslink notification icon, and select “Synchronize settings” to do the synch immediately.

How do I connect my device to another Movescount account?
Click "Settings" on top of the application window, select the device you want to connect to another account and press "Remove". Next time you connect the device to your computer, Moveslink will ask for an email address. Input the email address of the Movescount account you want to connect to.
